Fiesta (1947)
Filmed on location in Mexico, Fiesta (dir. Richard Thorpe) is about a famous matador, Antonio Morales (Fortunio Bonanova), who has twin children, a boy and a girl named Mario and Maria. He raises Mario to be a bullfighter, but the boy is more interested in music; meanwhile Maria watches from the side and dreams of bullfighting herself. As they turn twenty-one, Mario (Ricardo Montalban) is getting ready for his first real bullfight, and Maria (Esther Williams) plans to suprise him by getting the composer Maximino Contraras (Hugo Haas) to become his music tutor.
