Anyway I'm glad for folks that actually made it here and I hope you find a side of the US that doesn't get covered in media.
But with seemingly arbitrary visa/entrance items and similar, I feel terrible for those hoping to come here and denied the opportunity - and now (justifiably) pissed off.
My country HAD a unique opportunity between World Cup and (soon) Summer Olympics to show the world that despite a lot of the worst assumptions we're still good people and welcoming.
My government has absolutely torpedoed all of this in very deliberate and ostentatious fashion. It really sucks.
Seeing Nintendo Direct announcements is making me think a thousand kittens will die if Big N (and close partners) release a game on new ideas/IP. Seems like a bunch of remakes/reboots, etc.
Makes me deeply appreciate the indie devs creating genuinely new material like Mina the Hollower.
