The CBC has the opportunity to do something unprecedented.
They can sign a 20-year broadcast deal with the Professional Women's Hockey League, so that an ENTIRE GENERATION can grow up with:
1) the national past-time
2) a league that is EVERYTHING the NHL is not: inclusive, anti-rape, progressive
