She hums in agreement as she takes another sip.
"Yes I have, not often but yes." She nods. Always a little sad to see people corrupted like that.
"That it has been. What do you drink, nowadays?"
She asks as she turns to look at him for a moment.
"A little, enough to get by."
Enough to use the bloodgem and avoid people using magic against her from succeeding, though the gem helps with that too.
She nods and orders herself a scotch before ordering him a heavy cocktail.
"Noisy? Spirits?"
Now that she knows plenty about, sort of. After all that's why she now has the bloodstone gem that gave her family their last name.
"That and nature, makes sense." She nods slowly as she takes a sip of her scotch.
For now he's human enough.
"Can't say I have much experience with those."
She pushes the glass over to him as she takes her own.
She's got a drink waiting for him.
Johnny Storm.
AKA THE HUMAN TORCH.
FLAME ON BABY!

Renz picks up the glass and takes a sip. Fruity but definitely potent.
“That’s what makes us who we are — our connections to our ancestors and our spirits. That’s where our power comes from. Well, that and nature.”
And thankfully, Elsa never decided that makes him monstrous enough to hunt. ~
"Most of us try to use it for good," he comments, taking a sip of his drink. "Not all. But I am sure you have encountered them, too."
Or at least the evil spirits who cling to wayward witches and even a few of the good ones.
Renz hops up onto a stool.
“Long time.”
“Whatever gets me drunk the fastest,” he replies with a laugh. “It’s gets . . .”
He sort of waves a hand about his head.
“Noisy.”
His spirits tend to be active (re: opinionated) ones.
“Mhmm. Witchy things.”
And witchy things haven’t seemed to bother the hunter. Mostly because they are on the same page when it comes to monsters.
Consider him strolling up.
Glad to hear it.
“How much do you know about magic?” Renz ask with a chuckle.
He knows a little about her family’s gem, and that seems magical to him. Anything that can do what it does to monsters has to be.
