The French tried almost everything to stop the Iraq war. The Belgian government tried to sue Bush in the Hague. Greek soldiers went on strike until the Greek government promised to not join the war. We do not need lectures on Iraq by barely literate inbred swamp savages like Vance.

Tom Sauer over Oekraïne. Waar beginnen?
Oekraïens perspectief ontbreekt. Neokoloniale insteek.
“WOIII of akkoord”. Voorbije 3 jaar bewijzen tegendeel.
“Energiecrisis schuld Westen”. Really?
“Na akkoord zal Poetin ophouden, omdat Russische bevolking dat zal willen.” Really 2?
All HP Lovecraft stories begin like “I will try and relay the events as best as I can manage, though what I encountered that September night may not be able to be expressed in human language, nor be comprehended by the human mind” and then the story boils down to ‘I saw a building that was large’.

Soviet revisionism is pretty normalised. There are close to no consequences for people who deny or whitewash crimes of communist tyranny. Be it in books, papers, or youtube videos. Forgiving the communists in 1989 opened the door to this revisionism.
We should be exceptionally grateful that Finland and Sweden joined Nato. They, together with the French, are pretty much the only 3 in Europe who still have the experience of running a large military force independent of the Americans. And that is what we need now more than anything.

PVDA negeert bestaande Russische dreiging. Neen, geen tanks. Maar kritische infra wordt geviseerd, cyberaanvallen en desinformatie zijn dagelijkse kost. België is doelwit met NAVO & EU op ons grondgebied. Naïviteit is gevaarlijk. Wiens belangen dienen de communisten eigenlijk?
Listening to @fallofcivspod.bsky.social ‘s episode about the Mongols. Takes me back, man! My first ever presentation in the fifth year of primary school was about Genghis Khan. I still remember I got a 9/10.
