BREAKING: A clash over abortion access as a right is heading to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
AG Dave Sunday (R) appealed today a court ruling that said PA's constitution guarantees a right to "reproductive autonomy." The lower court also struck down the ban on public funding for abortion.
The appeals sets up another clash in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court over the right to reproductive autonomy, and the constitutionality of a ban on public funding for abortion through Medicaid.
