There MUST be consequences for illegal behavior, ESPECIALLY for government agents including lawyers. They must be held to a high standard in order to maintain the trust of the citizens.
Without consequences, laws are meaningless.

It’s not like it’s an official activity; he’s coming only because he’s a Knicks fan (who doesn’t care about inconveniencing fellow Knicks fans).
