Ok, people have been asking me what I am seeing in my new wave of IDR/PSLF interviews. So far, I have 43 (60+ minute) interviews done and I have generated a visual abstract of the core findings.
Something to strongly consider essentally ALL said they have no trust in the system right now.
And I had enough time today to combine the survey data from all of 2025 and the qualitative data we've collected in the last month.
