I think at this point we would be better served by building out other lexicons and other parts of the ecosystem and figuring out what we can build when you mix and match across the ecosystem.

this looks so cool! the screen wobble effect sadly gives me lots of motion sickness. will it be toggable / controllable in settings? looks great either way!
took the words out of my mouth. and emphasis on the shocking part. at the same time it can be incredibly frustrating and completely shit its pants while trying to do a simple update con a .ts file, it can also parse thousands of log files and save hours of debugging. it really is just a tool.
yeah i don't know, i really do feel the actual impact is very hard to measure (and deliberately so). but even if that was the case, the ethical implications to me are enough of a net negative. ie: shit like this bsky.app/profile/fair...

and i'm not making any statements on the harm the existence of this tools bring. i'm the first to point out they're a net negative to humanity and especially our planet imo. but denying the incredible things they can do (despite the dumb ones) is just delusional.
