So excited to be helping out a wonderful charity in San Jose, CA., Hope's Corner, that my sister Shirin volunteers with. They provide nutritious meals & warm showers to those in need. I'll be reading LUNA PICKS A LUCKY DUMPLING to families and kids and facilitating a fun dragon boat racing activity.
I did a school visit at Calpella Elementary School in Ukiah yesterday. And look what they have - a book vending machine!! That is the coolest thing! Kids earn tokens for reading and they get to use their tokens in the book vending machine to get a book. I LOVE it!
Wow! Thank you Children’s Literature Comprehensive Database for this glowing review of LUNA PICKS A LUCKY DUMPLING: Interactive, fun, challenging, and humorous, this mathematical delight is sure to kick off countless probability units. A clever read for all.
