If we simply made it a criminal offence to be young (long overdue, IMHO) then we could lock people up for it, they could do their degree while they're inside (with free food & accommodation, which they'd love), and those who get institutionalised would stay on to be prison officers. Everyone wins!

Letter to the Dorset Echo, where it turns out that we should [checks notes] educate the youth unemployed to degree level and [checks notes again] make them work as prisoner officers. Why did nobody think of this before?
