The Labour Govt has stripped Cherwell of planning powers and handed decisions to Whitehall.
I want more homes built, but growth without infrastructure is chaos.
Ministers should fix failures holding back jobs + homes, not blame local communities & their representatives.
I’ve written to ask why.
