I hate it when I tell ppl that I have chronic migraines and it's really debilitating, ppl go oh I have that too I just pop a pill, it's not that bad. Like no, my migraine badly affects my sight, gives me stroke-like symptoms, I'm unbalanced and I get vertigo and it lasts for more than a week

I can't do anything but lie in bed, and I need someone to take care of me. Plus I get day length attacks once every two to three days. It's not classified as a disability in my country but it sure doesn't feel like it isn't. I don't need people to dismiss me more than I already feel dismissed.
