It’s a cute shot but I don’t know what you’re seeing re the stomach comments.
It’s just how gravity effects the body in HOW your posed in that position. It also might be perfectly a fine pose if the lightly was slightly changed.

Like for me, I much prefer Pic 1 & its tenderness. Pic 2 was shot to placate the model (& I considered it a throwaway shot) & my goodness, THAT is the one everyone loved when I first posted.
