I wrote long on The Boys in season 4 so never did the final season but my take holds: smartest dumb show on TV, which is 1000x better than dumbest smart show. The Homelander-Jesus stuff was almost weirdly prescient but tbh my favorite satire of the final season was the fake Taylor Sheridan series

As a former Floridian, hurt to see John Oliver's look at Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' bogus makeover of New College of Florida. As Oliver observes, DeSantis turned a scrappy liberal arts college into a sinkhole of money, bogus education ideas and payments for his allies. WATCH: loom.ly/K4rIfcU
