And BTW, there is nothing in the constitution that says health is the provinces responsibility. Where education is in section 93, health care is not, only inferred from provincial powers over hospitals and matters of a local nature.

My entire argument is that, were it up to me, Alberta wouldn't see a nickel unless they followed, what I would call, a Health Order.
