Sakura and Shirou, Hibiki and Miku, and Kyosuke and Excellen…
This question gets asked, and something bad happens to the person that asks it. (It will work out though. Excellen gets a bitching new ride in the process)
It’s like comparing Shin Getter to the Hi-Nu or Strike Freedom. One of those is just gonna be more powerful in most cases.
The Hyperion, try as it might, couldn’t do this.
It also asks bold questions like “what if the Borot was actually a more competent fighting machine, but still kind of silly?”https://youtu.be/8HQN-_quWcQ?si=3LquA6qph8xBNLC2
There’s drama on Twitter because Toby Fox basically said “yeah I don’t think a Spanish translation that’s up to my standards would be possible rn” and you’ve got people making “art” like this about it.
At that point, you definitely don’t deserve one.
There aren’t really any “bad” units in the OG games, most of them are either useful for at least one thing, or just require the right pilot.
Yeah, and in Alpha 2/3 especially, any mech that has a MAP Attack or lots of All attack weapons is good for clearing stages. The amount of enemies can get absurd.
In the OG games, it’s just pretty good all around. Only lacking in melee.
My favorite of the pairings in FSN actually.
Very high movement range, long range weapons, Double Image, 3 pilots means a big SP pool with lots of Spirits. The SRX has all of those, but just even better damage due to being a Super. The Hyperion doesn’t hit quite as hard, but is still absolutely worth using.
