I was lucky enough to work with the UK Web Archive Annotation and Curation tool as part of my placement at the British Library before it went down and I think about it all the time
it's actually kind of annoying how the RTD Doctor Who trope of "cool harmless-seeming thing everyone likes to use turns out to be evil" is so routinely straightforwardly the case now. those episodes are retroactively boring. yeah no shit man. why wouldn't the bluetooth earpiece be evil
