Buttigieg: Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that there have to be nine Supreme Court justices. That one doesn't even take a constitutional amendment. It just takes a readiness to set up a court that fits this country.

This morning, thousands voters in South Carolina started going to the polls to vote for the U.S. House primaries in person.
The GOP is still planning to pass a law later today or tomorrow morning that'd cancel those elections, so they can regerrymander.
