If you’re visiting Ikebukuro from June 19th onwards (specifically the Sunshine City mall), maybe check out the Gundam Pop-up Corner in the Bandai Namco Cross Store! There’s been Gundam merch there for a good while, but neat that it'll now have a dedicated area.

An exhibition showcasing a wide range of legendary art director & animator Hirotoshi Sano’s work will be taking place at the Tagawa Museum of Art in Kyushu - from June 27 to August 23. Crossing fingers it makes its way to Tokyo at one stage!

Hathaway merch hasn’t leaned into the cute aesthetic as much as some other Gundam sub-IPs, I assume due to its ‘prestige’ status and tone - but when it does happen… 🤩 (a suite of key chains, badges, standees).
