Yes, I am I paid $3200 in rent for a 1200 ft house in one of the most boring parts of LA City with 4 kids, and moved to a very cool City in a red state & own a home thats nearly twice the size and my mortgage is 2/3s as much 3 other couples w/kids we are friends with did the same with other cities
Ok so your friends are very wealthy and can apparently move wherever they want
Oh, they're definitely lying They're also always over-focused-on in these stories because the media loves these exact narratives The City/Neighborhood we moved to is also considerably less conservative than our neighborhood in LA was
Lol oh you can't read Cool, carry on
Lol, bye nerd

Just want to be clear here Do you actually not think people leave blue states like California due to affordability?

"My friends moved from NYC to Chappaqua, one of the most expensive suburbs in the country, so you're wrong. This is the average experience of all left leaning people" Awesome stuff

Cool man, I have friends too And none of them were rich enough to move to the most expensive suburbs in the country like your friends, so they made decisions that worked for them bsky.app/profile/loit...
Lots of people move closer to family to cut childcare costs, and many times those family members live in red states
