The woman in the link below calls it "respect for everything." If we need one English word, I would nominate "stewardship" — care for people, matter, the land, anything that enables us to live responsibly.
we need a simple, punchy term that encompasses all forms of respect for shared common infrastructure, because until we have a word for it there's no hope of Americans ever learning it
