Wonderful! I picked a bunch of 'microgreens' for lunch salad today from a patch of volunteer butter lettuces.
The best thing is Googling the random ingredients you have and finding amazing dishes that use them in combination.

Prepping for a batch of marmalade on this side. You reminded me I must find a lemon to add. The oranges are from our own tree - almost inedible, but wonderful for marmalade: a thick, bitter skin and lots of pips for the pectin.
Very lucky. We found the tree here when buying the house. The South African interior has sunny, dry winters.
