tbh i've been enjoying the pokemon games' storytelling for the last few games now, i think they improved a lot
especially when they focus on the rival's characters development
not surprsing considering a franchise as big as pokemon would have characters voiced by multiple seiyuus but i also find it funny with the amount of them that get hired haha

swsh had a dumb storyline though but i did enjoy the characters, especially hop, bede and sonia
i think the dlc significantly improved the storytelling so it was kind of a redemption
