If a minister has an extraordinary power any court should apply extraordinary scrutiny, not shrug it through on a 'good chaps' theory of government.
This proposal is more instrusive than Winston Smith's telescreen.
Its wild how much Britain hates making any space safe for children. Safe social places online? Nah ban them. Safe streets by excluding traffic? But Mah Car! Safe walking or cycling routes to a local park? That's a nice to have, we need money for weapons.
