It'd be depressing at the best of times, but there is something profoundly inane about it when it comes from a prime minister who can't even drag himself off a social media site used to spread non-consensual porn and coordinate race riots.
In my experience, people seem to have very great difficulty thinking outside the box. Or even imagining that there might be something outside the box. This is particularly true of boxes big enough to fit people into.
