Prepping my lunches for the week and my veggie chopper is, after the air fryer, my favourite gadget. Between my salad addiction and the guinea pig veggies, this thing is used more than any of my knives.
Fun, effortless, cathartic? Perfect.
And the uniform sized bits? Ahhh… so soothing to my brain.
Made an enormous batch of chilli on Saturday because I had chilli-loving company over. And now I’m going to be eating the leftovers in various forms for the next three days, and I’m not mad about it.
A crispy jacket potato topped with a big dollop of chilli? That is what God eats.
Vacuumed the inside of my car for the first time in a year and gave all the internal surfaces a good scrub. Also not entirely clear why I was carrying four water bottles and three umbrellas (among other assorted crap).
Turns out that cars are much nicer when they’re clean and tidy. Who knew…?

Just realised I can go out and about this morning and it will be DEAD. Most of Scotland will be in bed until noon, sleeping off a hangover!
Aww. It’s nice to wake up to various people being happy for once. Even if it’s mostly in relation to people throwing and kicking balls. Happy for New York 🏀 and Scotland ⚽️
