Absolutely it should have been. Government's inaction on this is inexcusable and, as I can only assume it's because they're scared of upsetting voters over 2 years out from the next GE, cowardly in the extreme.

Should X be banned? Yes. And it should have happened in January when non-consensual sexual imagery proliferated on the site. The government’s inaction on what is becoming increasingly a vehicle for violence and hate is appalling. Much more needs to be done. And quickly.
