Die Justizministerin hat das Gesetz zum Schutz vor digitaler Gewalt vorgelegt. Betroffene sollen mutmaßliche Täter*innen leichter verklagen können. Für sexualisierte Deepfakes drohen bis zu zwei Jahre Haft. Im Entwurf steckt aber auch die Speicherung von IP-Adressen.
