Whilst obviously BlueSky considers him the devil incarnate, I challenge people to listen to Blair's short interview by the News Agents and say that the points he raises - and the tenor of his criticisms - aren't entirely reasonable.
In Carlo M. Cipolla’s brilliant book, The Basic Laws of Human Stupidity, he argued that it's impossible to define the percentage of stupid people in circulation. That's just changed because America has given us a number.

Yes yes I know that it's a minuscule complaint in the circumstances, but The Trump War in the Middle East meant disruption to pet cargo in March, meaning I wont see my dog now until the end of June. And I f*cking hate him for that.
These mega execs talk as if everyone can have the one-in-a-million chance they did, if only they have the willingness to make the correct choices. It's like telling people that the *only* thing they need to do is to buy the right lottery ticket.
This really is shocking. And you have to wonder, as El Niño ramps up, whether even hardened anti-science loons might not start to see the folly of it by the end of this year.
