Yesterday, in my final personal training appointment this spring, I beat my PR in holding a marathon Plank by lasting 3.08 mins, which is huge for me, considering my past shoulder issues! That is all!
This 500 piece #puzzle from the dollar tree supposed to he easier than I thought, so I chose a detailed picture 🫤 but I did it, with it’s tiny pieces 🙄
