🌾Over the past year, FSD teams in the #Chernihiv Oblast have supported #farmers and their communities on their journey to safety.
Through #RiskEducation, over 800 farmers and 8,500 community members learned how to recognise potential hazards and stay #safe.
🌾 Over the past year, FSD has supported efforts in #Chernihiv Oblast to return #agricultural land to safe use.
More than 100 potentially dangerous areas were identified, and over 400 hectares of land were confirmed as #safe, allowing communities to access and use it again.
FSD was honoured to welcome UK Ambassador H.E. Katherine Smitton to Hamadoni District, #Tajikistan, for a visit to UK government-supported projects.
The Ambassador observed a live clearance demonstration and learned how humanitarian #MineAction helps make land #safe for local communities.
