Oh man I love stories that work in marginalia, from Pale Fire to The Lifespan of a Fact. I love that stuff like this gives me a reason to read in print, because the digital options are just not the same. (Also, Alix writes good stuff in general!)

it has 11 previously published stories, including the two that were only on amazon before, and FOUR new stories!!!! there's one about the brothers grimm as confidence men, and one written as a midcentury lesbian pulp story but with editorial comments in the margins lol
