Apparently the justice dept is drawing a line between legal protest and illegal protest.
Storming a place of worship is illegal.
Lemon was clearly part of the planning according to his own posts. Not just covering as a journalist. He has a high powered lawyers, so he can make a good case.
One of the things that has moved the country to more extreme politics is this:
People have left both parties to become independent.
They don’t typically vote in the primaries and then complain that they don’t like the resulting more extreme nominees.
But they determine the outcome.
