When the humble DOS PC Speaker is used for digital audio: Mach 3 (1987, Loriciel).
I compared running it on DOSBOX here to audio and video from a Jim Leonard vid capturing it from an 8080 IBM PC, and yeah, more or less identical. Impressive poking at the beeper to do more stuff than ever expected.
