I had an atrial fibrillation attack last night at 3am so feel discombobulated today.
I've no idea what set my heart off this time but maybe it's this ear infection. Am seeing the nurse on Tuesday so that's good.
Very wise.
If she sorts out the infection i shall be happy. I'm hoping that's what set it off and nothing more sinister.

Thank you. I've had this problem for 10 years and so I'm quite good at managing it, therefore being woken by an attack out of the blue is unusual. This is why I avoid infections but obviously can't do much about my ear 🤷♀️
I've medication to take when it happens, then if it doesn't settle in 6 hours I have to go to hospital. It settled in about an hour fortunately but it's very unpleasant.
I feel drained. It takes the stuffing out of me but the knitting helps x
