On Friday, May 15, National Grid will be hosting a customer assistance event at the Sawyer Free Library to connect residents with assistance program experts and resources. This event is free and open to the public.
In addition to universal free school meals, the FY27 budget passed by the House of Representatives this week includes over $18 million in Chapter 70 aid for Cape Ann's local school districts, with minimum aid at a historic $160 per pupil statewide.
