I got to meet 30 fellow conservation ECRs from all over the world, where we learnt from each other, heard about exciting research projects, shared stories and made new friendships.
Key questions on justice and access in conservation were raised - whoās included, whoās resourced, and what must change to make the field equitable for all.
Between discussions, we explored the beauty of the Garden Route, to reflect and draw inspiration from nature šæ Excited for whatās next!
