Hi, just because a software tells you it’s “reasoning” or “thinking” doesn’t mean it actually is. You won’t believe this but programmers can make software lie about what it does. Maybe programmers need more guardrails.
For years, the US has been able to dominate the world of cloud solutions based purely on the assumption that they won't, under any circumstances, withdraw access to those services from allied nations. Everyone just got a reminder that they can, and sometimes do.
