My shrink BIL advises that an SSRI can help you stop the snowball rolling down the hill. Was good for 20 years and now another recalibration/stabilization for when you’re just too burnt out to ground and reframe after doing it for 1.5 years.
And it was a weird thing to realize, but AI has been driving burnout for me too. As a role that has to do a lot of process and review, getting slammed with a high volume of 10 page AI docs that were never validated by the “SME” and bad copy has been exhausting and rage bait.

Me trying to find an Asian therapist who takes Aetna… filter by “experience with Chinese”. Entire list appears to be non Asian. This is the insurance/therapy version of “I have a Black friend”. I did try the Asian Mental Health Collective, but insurance filters don’t account for licensing state.
