I want to believe you're being sincere when you say this, but you really have to do something about the hospitals in NYC that have stopped providing gender-affirming care to trans kids.

Red ochre has been found with some of the earliest human remains.
Like these pigments, I think gender nonconformity and transness have been with us as long as there's been any kind of 'us' to speak of.
At times like this I wonder about the other artists I'm connected to by the use of pigments...
How many of them didn't fit the roles or boxes people wanted them to conform to? How many were cherished regardless?
How many would call themselves non-binary like me if they existed now?
I don't know who my ancestors were, I have no children. But I am connected to artists across time by pigments…
