Got some great photos on my trip to Scotland but a full 191 of them ended up getting corrupted on my SD card and have failed multiple attempts at recovery. I’m really disappointed since some of them were wildlife shots that would be nigh impossible to get again. What a shame.
Since being in Scotland we’ve seen:
• deer
• several finches which I haven’t seen in Ireland in donkeys
• woodpecker
• badger
• pine marten
• red squirrel
All wild. All within the last two days. These things are all in Ireland but are not easy to see, especially in a relatively small area.
His idea will be to reintegrate into the UK, won’t it? Fine Gael have form for that kind of thing.
We’ll never know. But the level of disingenuousness on show, I’d expect from Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael. I’m not surprised about Sinn Féin’s display, but it is another disappointment on top of the long list they’ve built up in recent times.
I’m in the highlands of Scotland right now trying to enjoy a first holiday in 7 years and instead I’m looking at what’s going on in the north (having sailed here a couple of days ago from Larne, and due to go home the same way) and it’s all misery inducing.
If there’s a point as to why the government and the largest opposition party are now in favour of this proposal but weren’t on 14th May when the SDs proposed the same thing, it’s lost on me. Is it SF wanting to claim credit? Is it a reaction to the lambasting the parties took after the vote?
Proud of my second home.
I swear I know that PSG goalkeeper from the basement in Bruxelles #spéirgorm
A photo I took of the woodpecker, which took me by surprise so my camera wasn’t set up right. It now looks like my SD card has quit the chat so I’ve probably lost this and all my other photos from this trip.
