The mob hunted down non-whites and set fire to their homes.
Carl Whyte, a local councillor, called it “a hard Far Right element”.

I do think you can use LLMs to think. But curiously the first step of that needs to be the absolute rejection of the idea that the text it produces is helpful: it is your response to the text that introduces the friction neccessary to be helpful. The text is just a symbol representing text.
