Sarcastic yaaaayyy... The panic attacks are back. And panic attack paralysis makes the panic attack worse.
Have been off panic attack meds for a while now (over a year); have an appointment to get referrals done and ask for something different to help.
I just had to tell someone that, as far as I knew, what they were doing with what they were gleefully telling me _over email_ was a legal grey area, was the only definitely legal possibility, and could they please not tell me anything different.
I have a headache.
And right now I'm crying, because I'm very very hormonal, and Garli was loved so very much by his humans.

Investigating something else just led me to realise that the needle shield for one of my injectable meds contains latex. Which explains why those injection sites itch so much and why I seem to need my snorty antihistamines more often on injection days...
So they're doing something with the powerline transformer thingies, and so our power is out right now.
So before he left for work, when the power was still on, my husband boiled the kettle and filled up a thermos so I could have coffee before driving to work.

Also, I email asking for an appointment with a doctor so I don't have to deal with parsing audio. Which is why I've now done the original email last night, a phonecall, two text messages and an email in response, another email from me asking wtf, a voicemail because at work, and another phonecall.
