Can you affect your nerves? I'd imagine you have to be able to change the muscular and circulatory systems in order to change your form functionally, right?

It's possible yet difficult to safely alter my brain or magical organs without causing severe issues.
So, it isn't worth the risk. I don't do that.

I still wonder why other worlds' interpretations of 'dragons' are so different.
