Rarely. But because it hurts so bad, I've learned to be pretty careful when i do it.

Carefully. ..... It really hurts when nerves get pinched.

It's possible yet difficult to safely alter my brain or magical organs without causing severe issues. So, it isn't worth the risk. I don't do that.
