There are many reasons to protect anonymity online, but one of them is so that survivors of sexual violence and abuse can post about their experiences without being sued into oblivion.
I don't think the average "gamer" really understands just how dire it is yet. Like, games are still coming out and things still feel 'normal' if all you do is browse Steam, but the industry is very much hemorrhaging amazing people at an unsustainable rate and you *will* feel it in time.
Yayan Ruhian still pulling off the stunts and silat techniques he's doing at 57 boggles my mind.
