The problem isn't age. It is how unregulated social media platforms have become. Not allowing under 16s into social media won't stop people becoming radicalised, incitement of violence, misinformation spreading.
Let's call it what it is - a distraction from doing real governing.

This thread. If we actually had strong leadership within the WM government who spoke about our responsibility in helping refugees (humanising them) and spoke about the need the UK has for migrants, maybe the racists, extremists wouldn't be so emboldened.
A small thing, but this is how you defend democracy.
