While CM Rollin has legislation that regulates them in the zoning code. It is intentional and thought out.
So everyone can miss me with the moratorium. I would have raised my hand against the suspension of the rules because wtf and I would have voted no if my car didn’t stall out again.
Here’s my thing, CM Johnston had two opportunities to timely file here legislation. She didn’t. She filed two poorly written pieces of legislation, that the zoo data center wouldn’t be subject to if the permits have already been awarded, that the state can preempt.
