I thought a lot about the fact that Cater and Lilia are Kalim's first friends outside of his family. They accept Kalim as he is, they communicate with him, teach him, accept his problems and they don’t just “tolerate” it.
Kalim himself chose these people, and these people chose him. But the problem is that Cater and Lilia are third years. They will leave this summer, and when Kalim returns to college in the fall, he will be all alone in the pop music club.
